Project Overview
The Primary Teacher Support Program of MANASVI HELPING HEART FOUNDATION strengthens foundational learning by supporting primary school teachers with practical inputs, classroom resources, and simple capacity building support.
When teachers are better supported, children learn better, attend school more regularly, and build strong basics in reading, writing, and numeracy.
Core Philosophy
We believe in high-leverage impact. By empowering one teacher, we positively influence the learning environment for 40+ children every year. It’s the most sustainable way to fix foundational education.
Why This Project Matters
Foundational learning is the base of future success. If children fall behind in the early years, they struggle in higher classes and the risk of dropout increases.
The Challenge
Many primary teachers work with large classrooms and limited teaching-learning materials (TLMs). Even committed teachers need structured support and basic resources to deliver better outcomes consistently.
Our Response
This project exists to strengthen teachers so children do not fall behind early. We provide the “extra hand” through materials and methodologies that simplify complex foundational concepts.
