Computer Training Centres
Bhagalpur, Bihar — Digital Literacy and Learning Support
Project Overview
MANASVI HELPING HEART FOUNDATION operates two Computer Training Centres in Bhagalpur, Bihar to help socio-economically disadvantaged students, youth, and women gain practical computer skills that improve employability, confidence, and access to opportunity.
This project addresses a real gap: even when students are motivated, lack of computer access and guided training prevents them from competing in today’s digital-first world.
Current capacity snapshot:
- 2 Training Centres (Bhagalpur)
- 20 Computers already donated(10 computers in each centre)
Growing need to expand access through more systems and support

Real Learning Real Progress
We focus on making technology accessible to those who need it most. Our students aren’t just learning to use a mouse; they’re learning to navigate the digital world with confidence, opening doors to education and employability.

Why This Project Matters
In many low-income communities in Bihar, students have limited access to computers and structured digital training. Smartphones may be visible, but computer skills needed for education, jobs, and essential digital services remain out of reach.
This gap lowers confidence, restricts opportunities, and keeps learners behind in a digital-first world.
🚀Migration Impact
Bihar faces heavy youth migration because local employment opportunities are limited. Without skills, many young people migrate into low-skilled work.
Practical computer training helps youth and women build employability and access better options, locally or nationally.
Where We Work: Who this Project Serves
Centre 1: Lalkothi, Bhagalpur
Located within proximity of multiple communities where families cannot afford high-cost tuition or paid computer institutes.
Centre 2: Naugachia, Bhagalpur
Serving learners in economically vulnerable communities where access to quality learning support is limited.
“Our goal is to provide a safe, accessible learning opportunity where gender or bank balance isn’t a barrier to technology.”
